Berkshires

Last weekend we went to the Berkshires in Western Mass for a quick weekend getaway. We spent one afternoon at the Berkshire Museum - and the kids had a blast!

Digging for dinosaur bones.

NEMO! We found Nemo! (They did actually have clownfish in the aquarium.)

Pirhanas...

Watching the horseshow crab in the tidepool tank.

Feeling the starfish, muscles and clams.

Snakes!

Getting artsy in the drawing room.

Doing puzzles... daddy's hard at work on his own.

Dressing up like Native Americans.

Yes... that is a dead aminal's head on Emily's head! =)

Daddy with long hair.

Future blackmail photos... (sound asleep in the hotel after a long day.)

Nemo On Ice

On Tuesday we went and saw Disney's Nemo On Ice. The kids LOVED it - since it's one of their favorite movies. Amazingly, they stayed entertained then entire 2 hour show!

Nemo and Marlin.

Dory!

Bruce... the shark!

Shark Bait.... ooh, ha, ha!

Vacation Fun - La Salette

With Steve off of work for almost 10 days, we've been having fun doing some family activities. One night when the temps were not in the single digits - we went to La Salette shrine to see all the Christmas lights (and drink hot cocoa - Izzy's favorite part.)

In front of the nativity scene.

Brrr.... it's cold - but we're still having fun!

Riding the Merry-Go-Round.

Christmas!

MERRY CHRISTMAS! The kids before we head out to church.

Our little family.

Painting on the new easle they got for Christmas.

Emily loves to help in the kitchen, so she got to snap all the beans as we made Christmas dinner.

Then she went to work cutting the potatoes.

Izzy wanted to help too... so she was put to work.

My little chefs!

Bruins Game

Steve's Dad's cousin Wally arranged for a private box/suite at the Bruins game last week. So as many Intrones as we could gather got together to watch the game. Here's one group of us heading up to the game on a party bus.

All the Intrones at the game.
